Texas Wellhead and Valve Solutions, LLC was formed in March 2022 in Pasadena, Texas. Owners Jory Bernard, Mike Owens and Dustin Raanes together purchased Louisiana Valve Source’s Pasadena facility, and we are very proud that we were able to retain all of its employees.

At Texas Wellhead & Valve Solutions, our customers recognize that our commitment to safety, quality, and service is our number one priority. This recognition makes us a preferred leader and supplier in today’s energy market, especially for our clients in the upstream, downstream, and midstream oil & gas industries in Texas and Louisiana.

Our capabilities include valve repair, machining, parts replacement, new & remanufactured products, and field services.  We follow API-6A and 6D guidelines to ensure that our products meet the industry’s current requirements and specifications.
